Overview
Cuba is a top holiday destination, but an undiscovered cycling haven. The islands culture, history and geography provides a perfect landscape for any cyclist with a strong sense of wanderlust… and for any who’d enjoy a freshly made mojito on a white sand beach.
Combining our 13 years of cycling research and expert knowledge from our local tour guides, we plan a meticulously effortless journey throughout Cuba’s bustling urban and picturesque rural provinces, as we cycle across its famous and breathtakingly stunning Western Skyline.
We’ll start this cycling escapade down the cobbled streets of Old Havana, with a panoramic sightseeing tour of the Cuba’s historical capital: From the revolution to romance, passing landmarks of Castro’s regime to end along the dreamy Malecon decorating the city’s coastline.
From the city, we pedal out to explore authentically rustic western provinces of the Vinales Valley; absorbing the luscious sights and tropical sounds surrounding our bikes as we fade into the Las Terrazas Biosphere Reserve. Following the Western Skyline road, we get spectacular views of the surrounding Jurassic landscape, and its rich farming economy. Before we kick back and bask under the Caribbean Sun on a pristine, secluded white sand beach in Cayo Juitas. This cycling adventure is not one to be missed!
